Typically, dropping off a roll off container will require 60 feet of straight-line clearance, 23 feet of vertical clearance and 10.5 feet of width. As a roll-off dumpster company, we cannot be held responsible for damaged driveways, sidewalks, landscape, etc. Remember we’re dropping a multi-thousand pound piece of metal on the ground, it’s possible that damage will occur. Please plan accordingly, by either putting down plywood (which will go underneath the four wheels of the roll-off dumpster) or put it in a location where potential damage is okay.
