HOW DOES YOUR SERVICE WORK?

First, you will have to decide what size dumpster you want (see next question below). Once you’ve determined the size that will work best for your project, simply give us a call at (866) 544-7732 to schedule and pay for the delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE DUMPSTER TO ORDER?

15 Yard Dumpsters – Will hold about 7 pickup loads worth of trash and are ideal for large bathroom & kitchen remodels, clean-outs and yard clean-up projects.

20 Yard Dumpsters –Will hold about 10 pickup truck loads of trash. These are the most popular dumpsters and are great for whole house renovations, additions, home clean-outs and disposing of large, bulky items like mattresses, couches, desks or that hideous recliner you’ve been meaning to get rid of for years. 20 yard dumpsters are also available for re-roofing projects, concrete, dirt and recyclables.

30 Yard Dumpsters – Are the dumpsters of choice when 20 yard dumpsters just aren’t enough and will let you rebuild your home from the ground up. Many of ourcustomers use them for large home clean-out projects. That’s 15 pickup loads of trash in one trip!

WHAT CAN’T I THROW IN A DUMPSTER?

Since this dumpster will be dumped in a landfill, you can’t throw anything in there that might be harmful to the environment. Common sense says that you can’t throw the following things in a dumpster…

• Chemicals
• Cleaning Products
• Car & Truck Tires
• Car Parts
• Propane Tanks
• Paint (empty paint cans are OK)
• Gas Cans
• Old Tube Type TV’s

Just about everything else is OK including construction, remodeling & demolition debris, furniture, clothes, toys, bicycles, boxes, Styrofoam, plastic, wood, glass, etc.

There are no fuel surcharges, no environmental surcharges, no delivery charges and no sales tax. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. Period!

The price for each dumpster includes delivery, daily rental, pick-up and disposal of the debris at the landfill up to the specified weight allowance for the dumpster you choose.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY DUMPSTER?

You’re in a hurry to get rid of your trash and keep your project moving. We know that. That’s why we’re committed to making sure you get your dumpster within one day of calling our office and, whenever possible, we’ll have your dumpster sitting in your driveway or yard the very same day you order!

HOW HIGH CAN I LOAD MY DUMPSTER?

When the dumpster is picked up the driver will put a tarp over the load for containment during transport. We ask that you don’t load any material above the top rails of the dumpster that will interfere with the tarp. Try to keep the load flat and distribute the weight as evenly as possible. If for any reason the dumpster is improperly loaded and cannot be transported safely, you will have to unload the dumpster to a safe level before we can remove it. Additional charges may be assessed.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY DUMPSTER IS FULL?

Once you’ve filled the dumpster, give us a call the day before you want it picked up and we’ll come the next day and take it away. If you need another dumpster you can order a swap, and we’ll drop off an empty one when we pick up the full one.
