The 20 yard roll off dumpster (22 x 7.5 x 3.5 ft.) levels up the amount of space and strength available for larger projects. Need to update your kitchen or bathroom? This dumpster will handle demolition scrap as well as trash, general clutter, and smaller bulky items.
If you are considering a larger project like a full floor remodel or multi-room renovation, then you’ll want to look at our 30 yard roll off dumpster. Measuring 22 x 7.5 x 6 ft., this size can handle items, demolition scrap, and larger brush and yardwork trimmings. If you’re considering a whole-house purge or a large-scale renovation or demolition, this is a good size to consider.
If none of those suit the needs of your project, there is also a 40 yard roll-off dumpster available. At 22 x 7.5 x 8ft., there’s very little residential removal that wouldn’t fit in this dumpster. With heavy-duty capability, this dumpster will manage the bulkiest of items.
No matter your project, we’ve got the right roll-off dumpster for you. Give us a ring, and we’ll talk through your options. We’ve seen just about every project in two decades of hauling waste.

While loading your dumpster, you need a place to keep it. We recommend a driveway, but if that’s not ideal for you then any flat and paved surface will work. However, keep in mind that depending on where you place your dumpster you may need to apply for a permit in your city. Some cities require a permit for a dumpster being kept on your property, and most require one for a dumpster on public property.
If you need assistance finding a place to place your dumpster, call us today and we’ll be happy to help you! We always suggest putting down plywood to protect your surface! As a roll-off dumpster company, we cannot be held responsible for damaged driveways, sidewalks, landscape, etc. Remember we’re dropping a multi-thousand pound piece of metal on the ground, it’s possible that damage will occur. Please plan accordingly, by either putting down plywood (which will go underneath the four wheels of the roll-off dumpster) or put it in a location where potential damage is okay.
At this point you may be asking, but how do you fill such a large dumpster? Well first things first, you have to check with your city to see if there are any prohibited items or weight restrictions. Some items or materials may have to be disposed of differently. Next, you’ll want to place your heavier and bulkier items at the bottom. Those tend to take up more space, and so by putting them on the bottom, you ensure you can fit as much trash as you need. After your heavier items, you should begin filling your rental from one end and move to the other. This compacts everything down, making sure you get your money’s worth.
