Orange and Seminole County Roll Off Dumpster Rental Service
Simple, Budget-Friendly Roll Off Dumpster Rental in Orange and Seminole Counties
Did you know that Orange County (Orlando specifically) was recently recognized as one of the areas in the country with the highest building and remodeling rate? In fact, in 2018 it was estimated that the county issued over 80,000 building permits.
With all that building, comes a lot of demolition, garbage, and waste disposal. When you’re facing a remodel or upgrade to your home, the last thing you should have to worry about is what you’re going to do with your garbage. Or maybe you’re just considering a deep clean out to minimize your lifestyle. Either way, the easiest way to manage the trash leftover from these sorts of projects is to consider a roll off dumpster rental.

Dumpsters For Orange and Seminole County Projects
As with any dumpster rental, we recommend that you not only know the size of your project but also what you will be putting into the dumpster. Sometimes smaller projects might have heavier, dense waste that will require a stronger can. We always suggest putting down plywood to protect your surface! As a roll-off dumpster company, we cannot be held responsible for damaged driveways, sidewalks, landscape, etc. Remember, we are placing a several-thousand pound piece of metal on the ground so it’s possible that damage will occur. Please plan accordingly, by either putting down plywood (which will go underneath the four wheels of the roll-off dumpster) or put it in a location where potential damage is okay.
It’s also good for you to know your city, county, and neighborhood regulations regarding dumpster storage. Usually, it’s not a problem when the dumpster is stored on private property, but every homeowner association has individual regulations so it’s wise to check with them before placing your dumpster.
