866-837-5820<\/a> (not the number on the dumpster) and give Alpha Dumpsters at least a one (1) business day notice for service (dumpster delivery, exchange, pickup or relocation).<\/p>\n\n\n\nIf a \u201cCustomer\u201d calls on a Friday, the next business day is Monday, unless Monday is a holiday. If a call for service is received after 12 noon, Alpha Dumpsters can not guarantee service for the next business day. There may be times when a delay could be incurred in servicing your needs due to inclement weather, traffic conditions, landfill or transfer station delays, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wait Time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
If a driver has to wait for the \u201cCustomer\u201d to move vehicles, remove material from an overload dumpster, clear an area for delivery, remove material placed in front of a dumpster, wait for a \u201cCustomer\u201d to unlock a gate or any other reason that causes a driver to wait, the \u201cCustomer\u201d may be charged a Wait Charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
If you cancel your order\u00a0before\u00a03 PM the business day prior to delivery there will be a Cancellation Fee.\u00a0\u00a0If you cancel your order\u00a0after\u00a03 PM the business day prior to delivery, or the day of\u00a0delivery,\u00a0there will be a Cancellation Fee.\u00a0\u00a0If the dumpster is refused upon delivery there is no refund of the price of the dumpster rental.\u00a0If the dumpster is in the process of being picked up and the service is refused there will be a No Service Charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Inability to Deliver or Pick Up a Dumpster<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
If Alpha Dumpsters attempts to deliver or pick up a dumpster and the dumpster is blocked or a gate is locked or prevented\u00a0in any way from delivering or picking up\u00a0a dumpster (including being turned away) the \u201cCustomer\u201d will be charged a No Service fee, plus any applicable distance fees or Franchise fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prohibited Waste<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCustomer\u201d agrees not to put any hazardous or toxic waste in the dumpster as it is against the law. All hazardous or toxic waste found in the dumpster will become the responsibility of the \u201cCustomer\u201d. At Alpha Dumpsters\u2019 \u00a0discretion, Alpha Dumpsters may return the hazardous or toxic waste found in the dumpster and charge the \u201cCustomer\u201d a Return Charge.\u00a0 At Alpha Dumpsters\u2019 discretion, Alpha Dumpsters may charge \u201cCustomer\u201d a disposal fee for the hazardous or toxic waste found in the dumpster as detailed below in section called Disposal Fees. Hazardous or toxic waste includes industrial waste, waste containing asbestos, septic tanks & waste, paint, cleaning solutions, biomedical waste, pesticides, solvents, automobiles, automobile parts, tires, oil, oil filters, oil containers, gas cans, propane tanks, batteries of any kind, appliances with Freon (air conditioners, refrigerators, etc.), Freon aerosol cans, foam aerosol cans, electronics (TV\u2019s, computers, monitors, computer parts, radios, etc), hazardous waste (ballasts with PCB\u2019s, devices containing mercury, fluorescent bulbs, etc.), telephone poles, railroad ties, clothing of any kind and household garbage (food garbage).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Note:<\/strong>\u00a0If household garbage (food garbage)\u00a0is found\u00a0bagged in the dumpster the \u201cCustomer\u201d will be charged per bag.\u00a0If household garbage (food garbage)\u00a0is found\u00a0loose in the dumpster, Alpha Dumpsters will estimate the number of bags worth and the \u201cCustomer\u201d will be charged per bag.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\nEquipamiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
All equipment furnished by Alpha Dumpsters shall remain the property of the company, however \u201cCustomer\u201d shall have care, custody, and control of the equipment and shall bear responsibility and liability for all loss or damage to the equipment and for its contents while at \u201cCustomer\u2019s\u201d location. \u201cCustomer\u201d shall not move or alter the equipment and shall use the equipment only for its intended purpose. \u201cCustomer\u201d shall provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled pick-up day. Alpha Dumpsters is NOT responsible for any damage to \u201cCustomer\u2019s\u201d property, including walkways, curbing, pavement, driveways, pavers, irrigation, wells, septic or underground utilities resulting from the company\u2019s provision of services. \u201cCustomer\u201d warrants that the right of way is sufficient to bear the weight and physical dimensions of the Alpha Dumpster equipment and vehicles. \u201cCustomer\u201d understands that lawn damage may occur during a construction\/clean-up project. No repair is offered or provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Overfilled Dumpsters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCustomer\u201d agrees not to over-fill the dumpster above the top rail of the dumpster.\u00a0 An over-filled dumpster may allow debris to fall out and damage other cars and trucks and it is against the law to transport an over-filled dumpster.\u00a0 Alpha Dumpsters reserves the right to refuse to pick up an over-filled dumpster.\u00a0 If over-filled, the \u201cCustomer\u201d will be responsible for removing over-filled debris down to\u00a0the top rail of the dumpster.\u00a0There will be an additional charge to the \u201cCustomer\u201d as a No Service Charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Overweight Dumpsters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Alpha Dumpsters reserves the right to refuse to pick-up a dumpster with an estimated weight in excess of 20,000 pounds (10 tons).\u00a0 If overweight, the \u201cCustomer\u201d will be responsible for removing debris down to less than 20,000 pounds (10 tons). There will be an additional charge to the \u201cCustomer\u201d as a No Service Charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Daily Rental<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Each dumpster rental includes a number of days in the rental which is listed on the website and in the email confirmation sent to the \u201cCustomer\u201d. A daily rental fee, which is detailed when ordering your dumpster, will apply after the included number of days if the dumpster is not emptied & returned or removed at the \u201cCustomer\u201d request. If the dumpsters is emptied & returned, the next dumpster is considered a new rental and includes the same number of days as the first dumpster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Indemnity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The \u201cCustomer\u201d agrees to indemnify, defend, and save Alpha Dumpsters harmless from and against any and all liability which the Alpha Dumpsters may be responsible for or pay out as a result of bodily injuries (including death), property damage or any violation or alleged violation of the law to the extent caused by \u201cCustomer\u2019s\u201d breach of this Agreement or by any negligent omission or willful misconduct of the \u201cCustomer\u201d or its employees, agents, or contractors in the performance of this agreement. Neither party shall be liable to the other for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance or non-performance of this agreement.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
